Cindy Karsdorp

Cindy Karsdorp provides legal aid in criminal cases of both general and economic nature. She joined us in March 2022 and works from our Rotterdam office.

Cindy studied law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She obtained both the master’s degree in criminal law and the practice-oriented master’s degree Toga aan de Maas. In addition to her law studies, she attended the lectures of the English-language Erasmus Honours Programme (Grand Challenges). During her studies, Cindy worked as a clerk at the ‘s-Hertogenbosch Court of Appeal and did internships within the legal profession.

After graduating, Cindy worked for several years at the ‘s-Hertogenbosch Court of Appeal as senior court clerk. In that capacity, she was involved in handling major criminal cases on appeal. Among other things, she gained relevant experience there in criminal cases involving suspected money laundering, fraud, the Road Traffic Act, the Opium Act and the Weapons and Ammunition Act. There too, analysing files factually and legally was daily practice for Cindy.
